Regarding 11000 vacancies from SBI in clerical grade, around 33 Lakh applicants filled up the forms. The written test was held on three days 08 November, 15 November, 22 November 2009 . According to SBI officials around 90,000 students were interviewed. As the recruitment exercise is massive So they expect to complete the whole exercise and release the final result in six weeks time. Almost 90,000 students are waiting eagerly for the result and there was no information about the results till 23 august, but on 23 august a notification was issued from The bank itself that due to various reasons and many merit lists the result will take more time, roughly six weeks more i.e. in 1st week of October , so at least the students got some information from a trusted source. Moreover there are speculations that posts have been inceresed from 11,000 to 20,000 or to any number, but there is no information in this regards, so nothing could be said about increase in vacancies fin SBI clerical recruitment, So dear candidates wait for six more weeks and best of luck for your result.
